No Refund Policy

At Mother of Motivation, we are committed to providing exceptional services and hosting valuable events for our clients. To maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds All payments for services or events are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, registration fees, monthly payments, or any other associated costs.
   
2. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel a service or participation in an event, you must submit a written notice via email to [email protected] at least 5-7 business days before the next billing cycle or event start date.
   Failure to provide written notice within this time frame will result in your obligation to pay the full amount due for the current month and/or scheduled service.
   
3. Monthly Payment Obligation If no written cancellation notice is received within the required timeframe, you will be fully responsible for the agreed-upon monthly payment or service fee. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to effectively manage resources and commitments to other clients.
   
4. Exceptions Exceptions to this policy are rare and made solely at the discretion of Mother of Motivation under extraordinary circumstances.
